Orders
Placing an Order
Simply browse minimysterys.com and when you find a product you want to purchase, check the quantity is correct and adjust as desired, then click "add to cart" and a pop up will show it transferring to your shopping basket.
If the product has multiple options like different figures, simply select the name of the one you want, and it will turn pink. Then simply repeat the process above to choose all the products you want to buy.
Changing my Order
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and payment taken, we cannot make any alterations. However, if you contact us at help@minimysterys.com we may be able to cancel your order so you can place another with the correct products and quantities.
Cancel an Order
If you place an order and wish to cancel it, please contact us immediately at help@minimysterys.com and we will try and ensure it is cancelled before dispatch, and fully refunded.
Order Invoices
We do not issue invoices with parcels by default to reduce our paper usage. However, contact us at help@minimysterys.com and we will be able to issue you one via email.
Order Problems
Simply contact us at help@minimysterys.com and our friendly customer service will contact you as soon as possible to resolve your issues.
Delivery
Delivery Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched with 1 working day, and standard shipping usually takes 2 - 3 working days, with expedited shipping taking between 1 - 2 working days.
We currently close during the weekend, so orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
Order Tracking
All orders are fulling tracked and you’ll be able to see the status of your order at any point after dispatch.
If you’re tracking information hasn’t appeared yet, please wait a few hours for the it to be updated by the courier.
UK Delivery
We offer a standard delivery service for £2.99 that offers fully tracked shipping, an expedited delivery service for £5.99 for fasting shipping, and alternative shipping with Royal Mail.
International Delivery
Not only do we offer delivery to the UK, but we are also happy to ship orders across the world, all with fully tracked shipping. Delivery starts from £13.
Shipping Address
You may use a different shipping address to your billing address, simply ensure these details are changed during checkout.
Returns
Return an Order
If you would like to return an item for any reason, you have 30 days from the day of receipt to do so. To arrange a return, contact us at help@minimysterys.com
You will be responsible for any delivery fees incurred when returning unwanted items to us.
Return a Faulty Item
If you would like to return a faulty item to us, contact us at help@minimysterys.com
Delivery fees for returning faulty items will be covered by us, and we will send you a shipping label for its return.
